Our private tuition is tailored around your aims and current skill/fitness level. We understand how everyone's fitness level is different and your first session will give a good idea of how fit you are and what we will need to work on. The whole point of personal training is following a program with your goals in mind. These sessions are aimed at beginner's or students who wants to get fit and learn a good skill at the same time.
During the session there will be:
